The Front Line Staff
The front line team members are the key
staff members that serve the client on
the day to day matters of ongoing
projects and services. These team
members are familiar with the DEC
resource base and can identify the key
people and companies necessary to
move services forward. The front line
staff assembles scope documentation,
prepares execution plans and aligns the
resources for the projects. The front line
team members perform field work to set
up projects or services and are the points
of contact for the client.

The second tier staff is composed of
individuals available to serve the client
on a call out basis or on a project. These
individuals are listed in the Execution
Strategy section and are vital to the
success of the business model. The
second tier team members drive the work
to completion and stand up for its
quality. These team members typically
perform the work and visit site when

operations and maintenance to retrieve project
information, create options, and develop costs. - The DEC project engineer can utilize your designers,
coordinate overseas high value work sharing, or call
out one of the DEC process engineers to address a
project challenge. - The DEC project engineers go out for bids for
fabrication and construction, and can source any
specialist to solve a specific refinery problem. - With the leadership of the DEC project engineer, DEC
will fabricate, shop inspect, construct, and commission
any system. - Working between the refinery, our DEC office, and our
work share partners, the DEC project engineer
assembles the deliverables in a manner predetermined
to support the project process.
